Enviro CM 50 Compact
As the name suggests, the CM50 Compact is a compact solution and the machine composts up to 20 tons of food waste per year or approx. 50 kg per day.
In the CM50 Compact, the grinder and dehydrator are built into the machine. Best suited where the waste room is close to the kitchen as there is no external grinder on this solution. CM 50 Compact is intended for smaller hotels, canteens and commercial kitchens where there is not a long distance to the waste room as it does not have automatic transport of food waste from the kitchen to the waste room.
