Enviro 2000 CM 100 was installed in Scandic Sunnfjord Hotel & Spa as early as 2006. The installation is still used on a daily basis. The hotel has reduced the amount of food waste with 78 tonnes a year. This means that the use of transportation for disposal of food waste has decreased dramatically and gives a total reduction of staggering 1014 tonnes from 2006 until today.
