Enviro CM 50 Compact
As the name suggests, the CM50 Compact is a compact solution, and the machine composts up to 20 tons of food waste per year, or approximately 50 kg per day.
In the CM50 Compact, the grinder and dehydrator are built into the machine. Best suited where the waste room is near the kitchen, as there is no external grinder with this solution. The CM 50 Compact is designed for smaller hotels, canteens, and professional kitchens where the distance to the waste room isn't far, as it doesn't have automatic transport of food waste from the kitchen to the waste room.
