Enviro CM 100
The Enviro 2000 series are machines that quickly and odorlessly convert food waste into dry matter/fertilizer in just 18 hours, hands-free with a weight/volume reduction of approx. 95%.
The CM 100 is a medium-sized model that composts up to 100 tons per year, or about 350 kg per day. This system is well-suited for most medium-sized hotels, canteens, restaurants, and commercial kitchens.
Feeding is done from an external grinder in the kitchen, and from there the food waste is transported by vacuum transport or free fall to a compost reactor for dewatering, before the food waste is broken down into compost. Volume and weight reduction will be approximately 95%, and the dry matter will be storage stable.
The system uses a modular design, so it can be expanded if you need more capacity or want to add more grinders.
CM100 is combined with grinder M25.
As optional equipment, vacuum is supplied for transport between the grinder and compost reactor in 50mm pipes horizontally and up to 200 m.
