Scandic Sunnfjord Hotel & Spa uses a composting machine from Global Enviro

Scandic Sunnfjord Hotel & Spa had its Enviro CM 100 system installed for food waste management back in 2006. The system is still in daily operation. The hotel has drastically cut down on food waste transportation over the years and has reduced the amount of food waste by 78 tons annually. This means a reduction of a staggering 1014 tons of food waste since the start.
